An immersive three-day experience crafted to help you slow your pace, reconnect with yourself, and rejuvenate through mindful movement, relaxation techniques, and restorative wellness practices.

9.30 - 10.30am Arrive
Upon arrival at Wiltshire Retreat Manor, guests will find ample parking options available for easy access. Our team will arrange transportation from Salisbury train station or nearby bus stops to ensure a smooth and welcoming start to your retreat experience if needed. Please let us know beforehand. Clear directions and personalised assistance will be provided once your booking is confirmed.

11am Welcome Yoga Session with Mellisa Pink Yoga Club
Begin your retreat with an gentle vinyasa flow yoga session suitable for all levels. Stretch, breathe, and move freely to release any tension from travel and prepare yourself for the restorative days ahead.
12.30pm Nourishing and Restorative Lunch, Fresh and Well-Balanced
Gather with your fellow guests to share this first nourishing meal, fostering connection and camaraderie. Take the opportunity to meet Mellisa, Zofie, and our founders Natasha and David as you begin your retreat experience.

2pm Mindset: 'Create your own reality' workshop with Zofie Relax Me Happy
This workshop offers practical tools and insightful exercises to help you harness the power of your mind and align your intentions with your actions. Through guided visualization, affirmations, and reflective journaling, you'll cultivate a positive mindset and create a clear pathway toward manifesting your goals. Zofie will guide you in developing daily habits that support your personal growth and long-term success, empowering you to turn your dreams into reality with confidence and clarity.
7.30pm Dinner
Savour a delicious evening dinner amidst the refined ambiance of the historic country estate. We offer vegan, vegetarian, and pescatarian options—please inform us of any dietary preferences before your arrival.
This is a perfect moment to unwind, foster connections, and engage in heartfelt conversations within a cosy, welcoming setting.
9.30/10.00pm Guided Bedtime Meditation to End Your Day
Experience a soothing guided meditation in our tranquil yoga studio before you retire for the night. Get cosy in your pyjamas, bring your favourite blanket and allow yourself to relax fully as gentle sounds and breathing exercises help calm your mind and body. If you fall asleep we’ll gently awaken you when it’s time to return to your comfortable bedroom at the Manor House.

7.30am Morning Movement & Flow
Begin the day with a grounding morning yoga practice designed to gently awaken the body, calm the nervous system and prepare you for the day ahead.
Set within the peaceful surroundings of the country estate, this one-hour session focuses on mindful movement, breathwork and intention setting.
8.30am Nourishing Breakfast
Enjoy a beautifully prepared nutritious breakfast featuring wholesome seasonal ingredients, fresh juices, coffee and herbal teas.
A relaxed slow morning with time to connect, journal or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

10.00am Mindfulness & Manifestation Workshop with Zofie
A transformational two-hour session led by manifestation and mindfulness coach Zofie.
Through guided practices, mindset work, journalling and intentional exercises, this immersive workshop is designed to help you reconnect with yourself, gain clarity and create alignment moving into the winter season.
Topics may include: Mindset & self-belief, Manifestation techniques, Nervous system regulation, Journalling prompts, Mindful living practices, Intentional goal setting
12.30pm Relaxed Nutritious Lunch
A fresh and nourishing lunch served within the beautiful manor house setting. Expect vibrant seasonal dishes designed to support wellbeing while bringing people together in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

2.00pm Free Activity afternoon
Select your preferred afternoon activity, whether it be indulging in a woodland sauna followed by contrast therapy, enjoying a personalised session with Zofie, taking a dip in the heated pool or hot tub, playing a game of tennis, or simply strolling through the picturesque grounds.
Opportunities for: peaceful reflection, mindful strolling, social connection, profound relaxation.
5.00pm Afternoon Tea and Homemade Cake
Return to the manor house for a relaxing afternoon tea, coffee or herbal tea and delicious cake. Relax before the evening activites.

6.00pm Evening Yoga & Restore Session
A slower more restorative yoga practice designed to release tension, relax the body and prepare for a peaceful evening.
Expect calming movement, deep stretches, breathwork and grounding techniques to help you fully unwind.
7.30pm Dinner
Enjoy a delicious nourishing evening meal. Vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian meals available please let us know in advance of arrival of any specific dietary requirements.
An opportunity to slow down, connect and enjoy meaningful conversation in a warm relaxed atmosphere.

9.30/10.00pm Guided Night Meditation
Conclude your restorative day with a calming guided night meditation, designed to quiet the mind and prepare you for a restful sleep. As gentle sounds and slow, mindful breathing guide you into relaxation, allow yourself to fully unwind in the tranquil ambiance of the retreat. Should you drift to sleep, we will softly awaken you when it’s time to return to your comfortable room, ensuring a peaceful transition into a restorative night’s rest.

7.30am Rise and Flow Yoga Session
Start your day with a gentle yoga practice designed to awaken your body and clear your mind, setting a positive tone for the hours ahead. This session will help you connect with your breath and cultivate mindfulness.
8.30am Breakfast
Enjoy a wholesome and energizing breakfast to start your day. Savor nourishing, seasonal ingredients that fuel your body and mind for the transformative experiences ahead.
10.00am Final Mindfulness and Manifestation Workshop with Zofie
Conclude your transformative retreat experience with a final mindfulness and manifestation session led by Zofie, helping you integrate the practices and insights gained. This closing workshop will support your ongoing journey of self-discovery, clarity, and confident manifestation, leaving you empowered to carry your intentions forward.
12.30 Final lunch before departure
Enjoy a nourishing final meal, reflecting on your transformative journey and savoring the connections made. This closing lunch offers a peaceful moment to relax, share your experiences, and prepare for your departure feeling renewed and inspired.
