What Happens at a Luxury Wellness Retreat?

The Natamiri Experience

· Retreat Life,New To Natamiri Start Here

If you've ever wondered what actually happens at a luxury wellness retreat, you're not alone.

It's one of the questions I'm asked most often. When I first started dreaming about Natamiri, I didn't want to create a retreat where every minute was scheduled or where guests felt they had to become someone different.

I wanted to create the sort of place I'd been looking for myself.

Somewhere beautiful.

Somewhere peaceful.

Somewhere you could arrive exhausted... and leave feeling like yourself again.

Many people imagine hours of yoga every day or worry they'll be expected to meditate in silence for three days. Others wonder if they'll fit in, whether everyone else will know each other or if they'll be "good enough" at yoga or mindfulness.

The truth is much simpler.

A luxury wellness retreat isn't about becoming someone different. It's about creating the time and space to reconnect with who you already are.

At Natamiri, we've thoughtfully designed a three-day retreat built around our MMY Method™ – Manifestation • Mindfulness • Yoga. Every experience has been chosen with intention, from the peaceful surroundings and nourishing food to our expert facilitators and the quieter moments in between.

Our hope is that you'll arrive feeling welcomed, leave feeling lighter and return home with practical tools that continue to support you long after the retreat has ended.

Your Retreat Begins Before You Arrive

The moment you book your place, you've already made an important decision.

You've chosen to make time for yourself.

Before you arrive, we'll ask about any dietary requirements, allergies or accessibility needs so everything is prepared with care. Whether you travel by car or public transport, we'll do everything we can to make your arrival as easy as possible. There's plenty of parking at the venue and, if you're arriving by train or bus, we'll happily collect you.

If you don't own a yoga mat—we'll provide one.

You don't need to buy special clothes.

You don't need any experience.

You simply need to arrive exactly as you are.

A Gentle Welcome

Our Autumn Reset begins on Monday September 28th.

After settling into your room and taking in the beautiful surroundings, you'll have time to slow down, meet the other guests and enjoy some gentle yoga before lunch.

There is no rush.

No pressure.

Just a gentle invitation to breathe a little more deeply and allow the pace of everyday life to soften.

This first afternoon also introduces you to one of the guiding principles of Natamiri: that transformation doesn't come from doing more—it often begins by giving yourself permission to slow down.

Manifestation & Mindfulness with Zofie Lloyd-Kucia

Throughout all three days of the retreat, you'll take part in inspiring Manifestation and Mindfulness workshops led by Zofie Lloyd-Kucia, founder of Relax Me Happy and an experienced Mindset and Manifestation Coach.

Each day includes around two hours of carefully designed workshops that combine practical tools with meaningful reflection.

This isn't about simply "thinking positively."

Together, you'll explore how to quieten mental noise, identify limiting beliefs, reconnect with what truly matters and create intentions that feel authentic and achievable.

Whether manifestation is completely new to you or already part of your life, Zofie's warm, down-to-earth approach makes everyone feel welcome.

You'll leave with techniques that can become part of your everyday life—not just something you experience during the retreat.

Yoga for Every Body

Yoga is an important part of the Natamiri experience, but perhaps not in the way you imagine.

Our sessions are led by Mellisa from Pink Yoga Club Southampton, whose calm and encouraging teaching style makes everyone feel comfortable, regardless of experience.

On the full day of the retreat, you'll enjoy two yoga sessions—one to gently awaken the body in the morning and another later in the day to help release tension and encourage deep relaxation.

There are no expectations.

No pressure to keep up.

No need to be flexible.

The emphasis is on moving in a way that feels good for your own body.

Time to Simply Be

One of the greatest luxuries of a retreat isn't the schedule.

It's the space between the schedule.

Imagine finishing a morning workshop with Zofie before wandering outside with a cup of tea.

The heated pool catches the afternoon sunshine.

Someone is quietly reading beneath a tree.

Another guest is soaking in the hot tub.

Two are enjoying a knock around on the tennis court.

There is nowhere else you need to be.

Many guests arrive believing they should always be doing something.

By the end of the retreat, they often discover the joy of doing a little less.

Nourishing Food, Shared Together

Food is an important part of the Natamiri experience.

Our chef prepares delicious plant-based breakfasts, lunches, dinners and nourishing snacks using fresh seasonal ingredients. Every menu is planned carefully to accommodate dietary requirements, ensuring everyone feels looked after.

Meals aren't rushed.

They're opportunities to gather around the table, enjoy meaningful conversation and savour food prepared with care.

In the evening wine is available with dinner for anyone who would like it.

These shared moments often become some of the most memorable parts of the retreat.

Optional Experiences

If you'd like to deepen your retreat experience, there will be opportunities to book additional experiences including:

A private coaching session with Zofie, giving you dedicated time to explore your own goals, challenges or aspirations in a supportive setting.

A relaxing head, neck and shoulder massage by experienced masseuse Atena; perfect for easing physical tension and encouraging complete relaxation.

These experiences are entirely optional.

This is your retreat, and you're free to shape it in the way that feels right for you.

Sauna, Cold Plunge & Reconnecting with Nature

One of the unique experiences during the retreat is our outdoor sauna and cold plunge.

Whether the sauna is brought to the venue or we visit a nearby location, you'll have the opportunity to experience the invigorating contrast between gentle heat and refreshing cold water.

Participation is always optional, but many people find the experience surprisingly empowering and deeply grounding.

It's another reminder that sometimes growth begins just beyond our comfort zone.

Ending the Day Gently

After dinner and as evening arrives, the pace slows once again.

Before bed, we'll gather for a gentle guided meditation.

There is no dress code.

Come wrapped in your favourite pyjamas beneath a cosy blanket or join us wearing whatever you've chosen for dinner.

Comfort is always more important than appearances.

It's a peaceful way to reflect on the day, settle the mind and prepare for a restful night's sleep.

More Than Three Days Away

People often ask what changes after a retreat.

The answer is different for everyone.

Some guests rediscover confidence.

Others return home feeling calmer, sleeping better or communicating more openly with the people they love.

Many simply remember what it feels like to prioritise themselves without guilt.

Our aim isn't to help you escape your life.

It's to help you return to it feeling more rested, more present and more connected to yourself.

Is the Natamiri Experience Right for You?

If you're feeling exhausted from constantly giving to everyone else...

If you've been longing for space to think, breathe and simply be...

If you'd love to spend three days surrounded by nature, nourishing food and like-minded women...

Then perhaps this is your invitation.

You don't need to have all the answers.

You don't need experience in yoga or meditation.

You don't need to come with anyone else.

You simply need to give yourself permission to begin.

Pause & Reflect.

Journal Prompt

What would become possible if you gave yourself three uninterrupted days to rest, reconnect and simply be?

A Gentle Practice

Take five slow breaths today. As you inhale, silently think "I am here." As you exhale, think "I can let go." Notice how your body feels afterwards.
