What does a day at a luxury wellness retreat actually look like?
It's a question that's difficult to answer with a timetable alone.
Because while there will be yoga, workshops, delicious food and time to relax, the real luxury is having three days where you don't have to rush from one responsibility to the next.
At our Natamiri Autumn Reset, taking place in Wiltshire from 28–30 September 2026, each day has been thoughtfully designed to give you a balance of connection, reflection, movement and, perhaps most importantly, space.
So rather than simply giving you a schedule, I thought I'd invite you to imagine yourself here.
Imagine Waking Up With Nowhere Else to Be
There is something wonderful about waking up knowing you don't have to get the children ready, answer emails, rush to work or think about what needs doing next.
You can simply wake up.
Take your time.
Open the curtains.
Perhaps step outside with a cup of tea and enjoy the morning air.
Your day isn't starting with a list of things you need to achieve.
It's starting with you.
And if you've spent a long time putting everyone and everything else first, that can feel surprisingly unfamiliar.
In the best possible way.
A Gentle Start to the Day
Our mornings are designed to feel calm rather than rushed.
You'll have time to wake up, get ready and enjoy breakfast before moving into the day's experiences.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner and nourishing snacks are all included throughout your stay, with our chef preparing delicious plant-based food to suit your dietary requirements.
We'll find out about any dietary requirements before you arrive, so you can simply sit down and enjoy your meals when you're here.
Yoga: Moving Into Your Day
Yoga is an important part of the Natamiri experience and forms one of the three elements of our MMY Method™ – Manifestation • Mindfulness • Yoga.
Our yoga sessions are led by Mellisa from Yoga With Mellisa, Southampton, with a welcoming approach suitable for different levels of experience.
You don't need to be flexible.
You don't need to have practised yoga before.
And you certainly don't need to be able to do a headstand!
The intention is simply to move, breathe and reconnect with your body.
On our middle day, Mellisa will lead two yoga sessions, giving you the opportunity to start and finish the day with movement.
Time to Simply Be
This is the part of the day that I think can be the hardest for us to give ourselves at home.
Free time.
Not productive time.
Not time to catch up on emails.
Not time to get things done.
Just time.
You might sit beside the heated outdoor pool.
Take a dip.
Relax in the hot tub.
Play a little tennis.
Read your book.
Sit in the gardens.
Have a cup of tea.
Chat with another guest.
Or go back to your room and close the door.
You don't have to fill every moment.
In fact, I'd encourage you not to.
Manifestation & Mindfulness With Zofie
Across the retreat, you'll spend time exploring Manifestation and Mindfulness with Zofie Lloyd-Kucia, mindset and manifestation coach and founder of Relax Me Happy.
Zofie's workshops will take place across all three days.
These aren't about sitting quietly and being told how you should think.
They're an opportunity to explore your mindset, your intentions and what you really want from the next chapter of your life.
There will be time to reflect, ask questions and take away ideas that you can continue exploring once you return home.
And if you'd like something more personal, there will also be the opportunity to book a one-to-one session with Zofie during your stay.
Lunch, Conversation & No Need to Rush
Lunch is another opportunity to slow down.
There is nowhere you need to be afterwards.
No meeting waiting for you.
No school run.
No traffic.
Just good food and time.
You may find yourself having conversations with people you've only just met that somehow feel much more meaningful than the usual everyday small talk.
Or perhaps you'll want to sit quietly and enjoy your lunch.
Again, both are perfectly fine.
The Afternoon Is Yours
This is where your day can become whatever you need it to be.
Perhaps you fancy swimming.
Perhaps you'd rather read.
Maybe you'll join a friend for a game of tennis.
You could relax in the hot tub.
Or you might decide that doing absolutely nothing is exactly what you need.
There is also the opportunity to experience our outdoor sauna and hot/cold contrast experience, with the sauna either brought to the retreat or accessed at a nearby location, depending on the final arrangements.
It's completely optional.
You don't have to try everything.
A Little More Time for You
If you'd like an extra treat during your stay, there will also be the opportunity to book a massage with Atena, our trained head, neck and shoulder / Indian head massage practitioner.
Again, this isn't something you have to fit into your day.
It's there if you would like it.
That's the difference between a retreat and another busy itinerary.
You have choices.
Dinner, Wine & Good Conversation
As the day begins to wind down, we'll come together for dinner.
Our chef will prepare a nourishing plant-based meal designed around the dietary requirements you've shared with us before your arrival.
And because wellbeing doesn't mean you can't enjoy life's little pleasures, wine will be served with dinner for those who would like it.
There might be lots of conversation.
There might be laughter.
There might be quieter moments.
But hopefully, you'll notice that something has changed.
You're not looking at the clock.
You're not thinking about what needs to happen next.
You're simply there.
Evening Meditation
And then, before bed, we'll slow everything down again.
Our evening meditation is deliberately relaxed.
You can join us in your pyjamas.
You can stay in your dinner outfit.
You can wrap yourself in something cosy.
There is no right way to arrive.
The intention is simply to give yourself a final moment of stillness before sleep.
Perhaps you'll leave the room feeling sleepy.
Perhaps peaceful.
Perhaps your mind will still be busy.
That's okay too.
Mindfulness isn't about forcing your thoughts to disappear.
It's about noticing where you are and allowing yourself to be there.
Then You Go to Bed
And perhaps this is the simplest luxury of all.
You go to bed knowing that tomorrow you get to do it all again.
No alarm for work.
No rushing.
No expectations.
Just another day to rest, reconnect and reset.
What Makes a Natamiri Day Different?
It isn't that we're trying to fill your day with more things to do.
Quite the opposite.
We've carefully chosen experiences that support the three elements of our MMY Method™:
Manifestation – creating clarity and intention.
Mindfulness – becoming more present and aware.
Yoga – reconnecting with your body through movement and breath.
And around those three things, we've created space.
Space to eat.
Space to talk.
Space to laugh.
Space to be quiet.
Space to do absolutely nothing.
Because sometimes that's exactly what we need.
There Is No Perfect Natamiri Day
Perhaps you won't get up early.
Perhaps you won't want to use the pool.
Perhaps yoga isn't your favourite thing.
Perhaps you'll spend an afternoon reading.
Perhaps you'll make a new friend.
Perhaps you'll have a conversation that changes something for you.
Perhaps you'll simply sleep really well.
There is no checklist.
There is no prize for taking part in everything.
This is your retreat.
Take what you need from it.
Pause & Reflect
Journal Prompt
If you could design one completely unhurried day for yourself, with no responsibilities and nowhere you had to be, what would you choose to do—and what would you choose not to do?
Write down the things that would make you feel genuinely restored.
You might discover that your ideal day is much simpler than you thought.
A Gentle Practice
Tomorrow, choose one ordinary part of your day and deliberately slow it down.
Drink your coffee without looking at your phone.
Walk somewhere without rushing.
Eat lunch without working at the same time.
Give yourself ten minutes with nowhere else to be.
Notice what happens when you stop trying to make every moment productive.

Your Invitation
Three days can sound like a short amount of time but when you remove the rushing, the responsibilities and the constant feeling that you should be doing something else, three days can feel surprisingly generous.
Our Autumn Reset takes place from 28–30 September 2026 in Wiltshire.
If you've been thinking about joining us, there is still time to make space for yourself.
Come for the yoga.
Come for the workshops.
Come for the food, the pool, the sauna or the beautiful surroundings.
Or simply come because you know you need a pause.
Whatever brings you to Natamiri, we'll be ready to welcome you.
